I didn’t write this as a doctor speaking from a stage. I wrote it as a woman who hit burnout...hard. My hormones were a mess and I'm honestly still workingon them. My energy was completely gone, and I barely recognized myself anymore. I spent many months waking up thinking, "This can't just be how life is. Is this really it?"
My period had vanished for two years at the point that I decided I was done. And I was tired of spending every chance I got trying to get more sleep to get even an ounce more of energy. And I just wanted to feel like myself again.
I knew something had to change. So I went back to the basics: water, real food, blood sugar balance, rest, and movement that felt kind. That’s what worked and is still working for me, and it’s what I now share with my patients, my community, and in this guide.
I didn't lost 20lbs+ in those 30 days. I didn't heal every issue in 30 days. But what I did do was retrain my body in making better habits. And I took those habits and continued to build more habits. That ripple is what changed my health, and it all started with the habits in this program.
